If this is your first climb and have no idea whether you have a head for heights, we'll give you the confidence to have a go at this exhilarating sport. And for more experienced climbers, there is plenty of opportunity to challenge yourself and develop your climbing skills.
Symonds Yat in the Wye Valley is the perfect spot for climbing. The limestone cliffs offer a variety of venues for rock climbing, with a good mix of grades. Once you've made it to the top, the next challenge is to come back down - cue abseiling! We'll teach you how to descend a cliff using ropes, safely and in a controlled way. There are a range of abseils available, from approximately 30ft - 85ft - remember to try and enjoy the beautiful views on the way down!
