We will reopen from the 12th April 2021 offering Rock Climbing throughout April, and Stand-up paddle boarding, Gorge Scrambling, and Guided Kayaking from the 1st May 2021.  All booking is online.  We will be following and operating to the UK Government's guidance in line with current social distancing rules.  We look forward to welcoming visitors this Spring Summer time.  Thank you.

With the lockdown in England and Wales with restrictions in place we are currently working from home and are available by phone and email.  We are due to start delivering and offering our outdoor adventure activities in April 2021 and we await further news from the UK Government regarding the easing of restrictions.  We hope to welcome you all back soon.

Due to the Wales lockdown between 23rd October and 9th November we are unable to open and delivery activities during this period.  We are contacting all our customers that have bookings with us during this lockdown and making full refunds.  We are still working from home and are available by phone or email to chat through any future bookings.

We are also busy planning 2021 so please keep an eye on our social media for updates.

We have been certified as 'Good to Go' by Visit England. What does this mean for you?

VisitEngland, along with the other tourist organisations of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the UK government, has launched a new industry standard mark as a way of supporting tourism businesses and providing reassurance to visitors. The industry standard is a way of letting you know which businesses have made necessary changes to their day-to-day workings, including social distancing measures and staff training.

We will be following the UK Government corona virus guidelines in line with current social distancing rules.  

Measures and procedures in place

• All bookings and payment will be administered through our online booking system
• We have limited the size of bookings
• There are staggered arrival and finish times
• We ask that people do not attend if they or any member of your household are displaying any of the signs or symptoms of COVID19 at the time or in the previous 14 days
• On arrival hand sanitiser is available to use; please observe current social distancing rules
• Activities are delivered in the outdoors and the instructor will manage the session to adhere to social distancing measures 
• At the end of the activity session, hand sanitiser will be available
• All activity equipment will either be cleaned and/or quarantined for 72 hours between usage

We are very excited to announce that we are planning to open for limited activities on the 6th July! The activities we are able to start delivering are Stand-up paddle boarding, Rock climbing and SUP & Rock adventure day.  Bookings can be made in advance from today through our online booking system that is open now.

We are still temporarily closed in line with the Welsh Government's current restrictions.  However, we are busy preparing in the background for when we do eventually reopen hopefully later on in the summer with a COVID 19 policy and social distancing measures in place.

We remain temporarily closed until the Government's advice changes and hope to be open later on in the summer delivering some activities depending on restrictions.

Update 21st March 2020

We are following the government's advice to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and have made the decision not to open in April as planned.  This is a temporary closure while we continue to monitor this rapidly changing situation. 

We take our customer's and staff's safety seriously and wish to support general public health to play our part in combating the spread of this disease.

We have already contacted our customers who have booked in advance for April to refund or reschedule their activity dates.  We would like to thank these customers for their understanding and support in rebooking for later on in the year - thank you. 

We are monitoring the situation closely and will contact customers who have pre-booked in May, June and July as we move through each month.
